Guidelines for completing a rental application:

  • Each applicant (and each adult that intends to occupy the unit) must view the unit in person prior to application submission.
  • A separate complete application is required for each adult intending to occupy the unit.
  • Each applicant must personally complete and sign individual applications.
  • Each applicant must upload a clear copy of a valid government issued photo ID.
  • Each applicant must include their two most recent pay stubs (or if self-employed, the two previous year’s tax returns).
  • A $50.00 application fee for each applicant will be collected. Please note that this fee is nonrefundable.

InvestSF takes the need to protect your private information very seriously. We utilize the services of a secure online screening company to process your application and check credit. By applying online you will be brought to a secure server and asked to complete an online rental application.

Rental applications with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be processed.

Each property is rented AS IS. Please ask any and all questions regarding the condition of the property before you apply. Once you complete and submit the application, you are acknowledging that you have personally inspected the unit in-person and are aware of and satisfied with its condition. Application will not be processed unless applicant has personally viewed the unit and a deposit is made.
