KWSF/InvestSF Business Philosophy
Real Estate is the best investment you can make in your lifetime. Suzanne specializes in New Construction Projects, Income Property, Commercial Investments, and working with International Buyers in San Francisco. She brings spirit, perseverance, and dedication to her Real Estate marketing and sales career. As a San Francisco native, she is well aware of the ever-changing cultural and socioeconomic diversities of our City. Educated and knowledgeable.
How I work for you:
Although Suzanne’s approach will vary from property to property and according to the specific needs of the seller, she will most commonly adapt a well-prepared and intense marketing program calculated to get the best price in the shortest amount of time and with the fewest problems. Judging from the record of her most recent listings, it is an approach that works well. Since 1998, most of her listings have sold above the asking price and 85% were sold in the first two weeks on the market. And, most importantly, the escrow periods – the minefield of so many transactions – were well short of the average duration. Thanks to sound experience and a history of contract management, Suzanne is able to foresee problems, find the solutions and negotiate the sale to a successful and speedy conclusion.
Buying a brand new condo in Hayes Valley or selling an historic loft South of Market, the quality of the agent working on your behalf makes an enormous difference. Prior to joining the InvestSF team at Keller Williams San Francisco, Mike built upon his degree in Economics from UC Berkeley with nearly a decade of hands on leadership in mortgage banking and directing social media initiatives for dozens of Bay Area real estate influencers. Mike’s extensive market knowledge and industry relationships — a winning combination — guide his multi-faceted approach to ensuring our clients’ expectations are met, and the best possible price and terms are achieved
Mike can speak to essentially every home for sale in San Francisco today including off-market and pre-MLS opportunities. Our team is among the most well versed in new developments, our portfolio of sold single-family homes, condos, stock cooperatives and TICs notwithstanding. At the intersection of inventory familiarity and identifying unique value, Mike’s affinity for historic properties positions our clients who have an appreciation of architecture, pedigree and lifestyles of yesteryear in exceedingly capable hands. Moreover, our understanding of the nuances of various properties and neighborhood trends is second to none.
From San Francisco to Marin to the East Bay, Mike has built enduring relationships with many REALTORS® as well as mortgage professionals and vendors. He also has a direct line to the city’s most active agents via Top Agent Network. In our highly competitive climate the past three years, one third of the buyers Mike represented purchased at or below list price — including instances where the seller received a higher offer — as a direct result of having the trust and respect of his peers. During the same period, every one of our listings sold at or above asking price with no price reductions, almost all selling faster than the city average or ratifying an offer before coming on market. It matters who represents you.
Keller Williams San Francisco is well known for its culture of collaboration. Mike and the InvestSF team have sold local real estate through multiple market cycles and have the resources to navigate just about every possible obstacle. In even the most challenging of transactions, we have the collective experience of the KWSF community at every turn. Beyond the close of escrow, we protect the interests of our clients, in part, by taking care of others. We believe in empowering our neighbors and keeping our beautiful city a world-class destination.
Mike has lived in San Francisco since 2008 when he relocated from Southern California where both his grandmother and uncle were real estate professionals. Making home first in Alamo Square and then Miraloma Park, he currently lives and thrives in The Castro with his dog Comet. When they’re not taking in the view from atop Corona Peak, they’re playing house and working in the garden, taking the roadster out for a spin, keeping up on the latest restaurant openings, and enjoying an occasional refreshment at a favorite neighborhood watering hole.
